Thanks for the kind words! Glen and I know that a lot of the things we talk about are serious issues, but we also don't want to cause a panic! We've seen too many potentially good teachers burn out like a falling star as they enter the atmosphere of a "real life" classroom, and we decided we wanted to do something about it, in some (very small) way. Just because things can become disastrous doesn't mean they *will*, and we're hoping to point new teachers in the right direction before they *do*.
